A 2nd generation milliner, Belinda likens herself to a bowerbird. Her atelier is a treasure trove of exotic feathers, flowers, veiling, various gems and embellishments. Belinda’s unique style of millinery is showcased in her eclectic and innovative designs.
Each year Milliner, Belinda Osborne launches Ready To Wear collections under her label Peacock Millinery. The collections consist of hand crafted pieces that have been designed by Belinda and ready to purchase. Some designs may be replicated but can vary due to variations in products and dye lots.

A Bespoke service is also offered for clients who require a custom design.
From her vast range of trimmings, Belinda can create a tailor made piece to suit your style or occasion. Clients are also welcome to supply their own material so that it may be incorporated in their bespoke design, thus creating a piece that directly ties in with their ensemble.
At Peacock Millinery you are not only limited to stunning Race Wear and Bridal designs. Mother of the Bride and coordinating Bridal Party pieces can be created for the bride who dares to think beyond the veil. And if you are looking for an ornate gift or even that special something for yourself, Belinda can also design and create Fashion Millinery for the everyday or a special night out.
Bespoke pieces are made to order and require a “wait to wear” time of approx 3-6 weeks. You will need a meet and greet consultation with Belinda to discuss what it is you are looking for in a custom Peacock Millinery piece. It is a good idea to take along any items you would like to match or incorporate. From this initial consult the colour and design will be shown to you in the form of sketches and samples. Then at a later date, a second consult with a mock up of your design will take place before the final touches are complete. Once the mock up has been agreed upon a 50% deposit will be required. By your third consult your custom Peacock Millinery design will be ready for pick up.
Belinda also creates beautiful millinery for her clients who can't make it in for a face to face consult. Pictures can be sent via email or even sample pieces of fabric can be posted. Please discuss more about this option with Belinda.
